We didn't plant tomatoes - it just appeared behind the nandinas in the back yard - now it's huge! And it has little green tomatoes on it.
The last rain beat it down a bit, but it's more or less being supported by the shrubbery. Will it continue to thrive? Will we actually get edible tomatoes from it? Stay tuned...

I've heard tomatoes are one of the easiest things to grow, as long as you can keep the critters away.
Let me know how it goes - I've got plans for a garden next summer.
